Q2: How about your delivery time?
A2: Generally, it will take 35 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q3: What are your terms of delivery?
A3: Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW; Accepted Payment Type: T/T, L/C.

Q4: What are your terms of packing?
A4: Generally, we pack the heat pump in cartons or plywood. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the heat pump in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
